Addons: (This is a list of our most common addons and not everything, if you are looking for something, please ask.)
- Blog Functionality: Addition of a blog, including full styling of all front end, back end, archival, and post pages begins at $250.
- City Pages: City pages are an excellent way to add localization to your website and add a massive boost to your local SEO. We will ask for a list of your target cities and we will create pages for each one based off a singular template. The template can contain whatever variables you like. Common variables are, but are not limited to: City Name, Featured Image, City Description, City Services, and more. The city page system begins at: $400 and includes one template. Additional templates start at $150 each. We HIGHLY recommend contacting us for an SEO quote for this service to add additional SEO value!
- State/Province Page System: This system is very similar to the city page system, however it supports tiers. This allows you to to do Country/State/County/City pages all on one website, nice and organized. You need one template for each tier. This system includes two templates by default. Pricing begins at $800 and additional templates start at $150 each. Like the city pages we HIGHLY recommend contacting us for an SEO quote for this service to add additional SEO value!
- Portfolio: Show off your work with a custom categorized portfolio to boost your SEO. Portfolio items can contain their own page where you can feature your own write up for the job, they can include galleries, and really can include any custom variable you need for your exact purposes. This begins at $500.
Bill Extra Items:
- Your contract will include two revisions. If you wish to have more revisions this will be added as a bill extra item based on the complexity of the rebuild. You will be provided a seperate estimate before any work is done and asked permission prior to proceeding.
- Additional pages and/or features will be considered bill extra. You will be provided an estimate prior to any work first.
- For hourly work, our rate is generally $75/hour, however this is subject to change based on project conditions and your development timeline. However, most adjustments will be provided as a fixed amount.
Details:
- ETA (after start date): 1 month to 3 months. This will depend on the speed of client feedback, how many revisions we go through, and how complex your project is. PLEASE NOTE, this ETA is after your start date and not once you join the waitlist! Generally this will be your payment date, however if we have a waitlist and you decide to pay early, your project will not start immediately. If abuse our staff for waiting in line, you will be refunded and your project will be canceled. Projects are developed one at a time to deliver the best quality to clients all clients including you. Rush options are available at +50% to your invoice. Super rush options to put you to the top of the existing dev queue are available at +100%.
- Development Process: Every two weeks we will optionally meet to discuss an update to your project. In the beginning phases of the project, we will focus on the homepage design of your website and determine a design that fits your goal. We will also be designing your mobile flow at this time too. After this, we will then focus on individual sub-pages next and finish them. The last steps will be finishing technical systems like city page systems and portfolio. This gives you plenty of time to write out content and if you are utilizing our copywriting services, get it touched up and ready for the world.
- Support Period: If you purchase a support plan, or if your contract includes support, your support contract will begin on the launch day of your website and not the contract signature date.
- White Label Use: These prices do not include white label use of the website. This means you must include our tagline at the bottom of your site for the duration of your contract. This label is a significant drive of traffic for us and is vital for our customer base. We ask that you don't remove it, but if you'd like to remove it for commercial purposes, please see our agency services or specify in the contact form.
